  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to REAP HQ

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value frames and components.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
